Portillo's Hot Dogs

Portillo’s Hot Dogs has some extremely good food and the staff works fast and they’re great. Honestly the food is worth dying for and it costs not too expensive. Overall great place. (Edit: The food isn't worth dying for, I'm not sure why I wrote that.)

The fish sandwich on brioche bun!!!

They use to be faster. They have a lot of young teenagers that really don't care to be there so a lot are just standing and sneaking peeks in their phones. The salt spreader they use on the fries is good at distributing a heavy dose of salt, so be prepared to get light headed after eating them. Overall if they had some sort of a floor manager keeping workers focused on their job I think the overall performance will increase

Who don't love Petrillo's but they serve it could be a little bit better but the food is great
