Taco Bell

I pulled up right before close and I was greeted through the menu board by a super friendly voice who offered me multiple options after I placed my order to save me money and get extra food by ordering a combo meal.. When I got to the window I was greeted with a smiling face and very well spoken young man by the name of James.. He was very polite and talked to be as if we were old friends.. I used to go to dyer taco bell but after this experience I will go to Crete from now on.

Food was hot, preparation was good and order was correct! What more can you ask for?! Oh... well maybe for a few more Fire sauce packets

I drove up through the drive through at 8:00 am the signs weren't changed to the breakfast menu and staff seemed uninterested in doing anything to remedy that situation it makes it hard to order breakfast with the lunch menu showing. Other than that food wasn't bad just staff needs to be held more accountable.

This place is horrible, they have messed up my orders to many times. I’ve found hair in my order they were always messed up. I ordered today on my way to work and I was charged 6 dollars for food I didn’t ask for. When I called the store the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I was told to bring the food back in order to get my money back. When it was clearly there fault for charging me not mine. Do they not understand I have work and it is covid I refuse to go into places if I don’t have to. Employees are always messing around no wonder why they mess up orders. I’m a manager myself and I find this unacceptable . I would not recommend coming here ever.

Because of the pandemic, the inside is closed so being that I had 3 separate orders for my co-workers, I had to go through the drive-thru 3 different times which sorta sucked which is why only 3 stars. But, it was ok..food was hot & really good though.
