There are good taco bells and there are dreadful ones. Sad to say this one is more bad than good. I'm a DoorDasher and I like to deliver at nights because Its less traffic, but restaurants like this one makes it a nightmare for drivers. We get a order and the employees decided to close the store earlier than the posted hour. This has happened to me multiple times at multiple Taco Bells. This one is the one I visit most frequently.nnI'm not upset that they closed early, I'm upset that the owners allow employees to do this continually. Taco Bell is suppose to be one of the few fast food restaurants that is open late. Their brand is built off this premise. Plenty of people have spent all night partying and want some Taco Bell is in their stomach. At least please have workers tell DoorDash to stop sending orders, because we only get half the pay, which isn't much considering how very few people will tip at night.

Service was ok we ordered the lady on the intercom was nice but we had to wait for our order in front of the building. Then once we received our order the woman wasn't very polite ud83dude15 finally once we checked the bad to see if it was all there we took off only to find out about 5 min into our drive that our order wasn't quite done correctly they gave us what I can only say was about less then half portions of our food... example the chips were only about 6 chips in the bag and both our cheese cup was about a quarter of the way filled up maybe together equalling one ud83eudd14 . I don't like giving bad reviews so maybe what ever happened was just a bad day.

So, two nights ago I decided to head to Taco Bell at 1:30am. A part of me said, it's going to be closed. I decided to try my luck. Of course when I got there, people were standing outside the door of the restaurant getting into their cars (at 1:32am). Of course no one answered the drive through. *I have video footage of all of this, so please send me an email address I can send it to. or i could just post it on social media.nnI am so tired of going to establishments that are improperly ran. Please change management, stop hiring your friends, be more diverse. Some people don't deserve jobs, so stop keeping them. This is unacceptable. I will find out the owners and will reach out to them and corporate. just wow. total failure of a new business.

The same one I always go to. When I have a problem they are usually very nice. Today I had a problem with the drive through. No one listening to me. Seriously, I'm not someone that writes bad reviews unless it was needed and this one is needed. They must have new staff or new problems with listening in person bc i didn't have a mask on when I was talking. Ridiculous.
