75 Armory has been super helpful in our transition to a new apartment on such short notice! Michael has been more than helpful in answering all of our questions and allowing us to tour on such short notice as well. They are located in a great spot as well!

Very well furnished, really love the floor plan (very spacious), and it's at a great location. Everything you could need at a shockingly good price compared to the rest of the area.

75 Armory is a great place to live and it is very accommodating. The leasing process is simple to navigate and the staff are available to guide you through it. I would definitely recommend 75 Armory for any students wanting to rent an apartment at UIUC.

They have really nice apartments with a good lay out. The representative has good customer service. He was able to address each of my comcerns.

75 Armory is probably the best place for new students at UIUC. Units are quite complete (set of furniture, heating, restrooms and so on) and each roommate can have a full privacy since rooms are highly separated. Representatives continuously do their best to answer all questions on the same day, and armory’s portal for residents is simple and efficient.nI moved in this week and the subsequent contact has been impeccable: an outstanding attention to make us feel comfortable and safe in this new place. I totally recommend to all who are looking for a serious, convenient and kind service.
