I absolutely loved this apartment! It has a great location near the park, but also close enough to Green St that I can just walk over to grab food or go to the bars. Also, I loved having a gym to regularly go to instead of having to go all the way to the ARC.

I just wanted to pop in and say this apartment complex is at such a convenient location! 2 minutes from Green street and some fun bars. It is not extremely close to the bars, so one can still get peace and quiet. The apartment has a park in the back of the complex which allows for a terrific view and peace of mind.

After living in my fair share of apartments in Champaign I am very pleased with experience at 507 second. The apartments are very tastefully curated and the location is great. What motivated me to write this review was my experience with their service team. While hanging out on the balcony the door handle had on the outside of the door stopped working locking us out. After calling their office they immediately answered and dispatched a service member to our apartment. Within minutes a gentlemen had arrived and was able to open up the door for us. He thoroughly inspected the door handle and lubed up the interior components/tested the door handle many times to ensure that it was functioning properly. I wish I had asked for his name to give him a shout-out! Overall, this experience left a great impression and I would strongly recommend 507 Second if you are looking for a place to live next semester.
