This has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The management is great, super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The apartments are well-maintained and beautiful and a great price. I really can't recommend this place enough!!

This has been my absolute favorite place to live thus far. The management is amazing and are always ready to help when needed. The apartment was in great shape and for a great price! Can’t recommend enough.

We could not have had a better experience living in the Midtown Properties apartments. The property was excellent, we loved the location, and anytime we had any questions or needed anything, the response was immediate and helpful. All around, wonderful!

This is by far the best Apartment I have lived in. The apartment is directly in front of two major bus lines that run throughout campus. The management was superb and maintenance was very fast and efficient. These apartments are in very good condition and offer a upscale living environment. Once again, the management out performs everything about the apartments. The management is very kind, and easy to work with. I recommend these apartments to any person living in the champaign area.

It's a great place to stay! The apartments are nice and clean. Keri and the team are accommodating and understanding. They respond to any questions and attend to any problems quickly.
