I am writing this in response to a previously left negative review that i feel was undeserved. Bankier apartments got stuck in the middle of an issue pertaining a third-party company that contacted me, likely due to an error or misinformation. Ashley at Bankier, despite it not being her issue and likely having many other things to worry about, took the time (multiple) times to reach out to me directly and personally to do the best she could to address the issue and offer assistance and information to the best of hers and privacy laws abilities. I have never rented from nor known anyone who has rented from this company, but I can at least attest to Ashley's prompt, polite and personal customer service. On this alone, I would certainly consider looking into their properties knowing I would have honest and responsive communication: if they can be this helpful and quick about issues un-related to their properties or current tenants, I can only assume they take equal or greater care or prospective and current tenants.

I am in my third year of living with Bankier and I have had a great experience every year. They are very helpful and understanding and really make me feel valued as a resident. They have been more accommodating to me and my roommates than I ever thought an agency would be. Throughout my time I sublet my room and switched apartments and they were all easy processes. The price is great for how nice the apartments are. Parking is a little pricy though.

Bankier is great at communication and is prompt with maintenance requests. Nice people. I've been living in one of their residences for over 3 years. :)

I had an incredible experience with Bankier Apartments. The convenience of living close to campus at a very affordable price was excellent. Maintenance requests were done on time and the staff was always helpful to assist me with my housing needs. I highly recommend living with them!
