Some issues arrived early in the semester with the people in my room and some service was required on the room. Maintenance was up and fixing the issue within 24 hours. The administrative staff in the building are absolutely amazing. They are always there to answer any questions and try to help resolve any questions you may have. The staff is extremely social and has always been supportive and helpful in any way that they can. I truly have to say that Illini Towers has been an amazing place to live in my freshman year, and looking forward to another semester.

This building is a mess. Workers are mistreated, people get food poisoning in the dining hall, there's a half dozen fire evacuations a semester, and I've even had packages go missing.nnAvoid like the plague.

They never give you back your money. I have cancelled the contract due to COVID-19 last year and never got my money back yet. Also I have sent email to illini tower multiple times and they haven't respond to my email yet. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT WITH ILLINI TOWER.

Having lived at Illini Tower for a few months now, I can say that I have had no complaints my time here. The one time we had a small issue with our door in the suite, maintenance was prompt and addressed the issue quickly and without much disturbance. Doing laundry is free, which is a huge plus here. The lounges are all very clean, well kept, and modern. They feel lovely. The food is alright, not restaurant quality in my opinion, but their diverse options and rotating menu make up for it. Finally, the staff are all nice, informed, and have done their best to keep the building running. All in all, 5/5, will live here again.
