A low end dump...nThey also have an absurd security deposit policy whereby they send only one check to one tenant and then expect the tenants to fight over their rightful shares, all because the property management is too lazy to make separate appraisals.nDon't waste your money, or your dignity living in this rat's nest.

Best landlord around. Family based company and they are honestly the best you will find on a college campus.
