I really appreciate that Smile Student Living helped me out and let me move in so quickly. Their team are always professional, helpful, and highly efficient. Matthew gave us a very nice in-person tour and a lot of useful information. Yael, Jennifer, and Matthew answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and requests.  The apartment is in a good, neat and clean condition.  I love living in it. The maintenance staff (Jeff) is also very nice and professional. The issue was fixed timely and satisfactorily.   I would highly recommend Smile Student Living.

Leasing with them was great! Quick response time maintenance always came in a timely manner, friendly agents, just to name a few positives. Smile is great to its tenants, new and old!

I’m having an amazing time living at Smile. Their maintenance team is prompt and responsive. The agents, especially Jen, are helpful and always ready to answer questions ( I did have a lot of questions since this is a new place). They’ve always been super helpful. And their care packages are very sweet. Really feels like a great community.

I have been leasing for Student Smile Living for about a month now and I have received outstanding service since I started the application process. The application process was easy and fast! Any discrepancies that I have had, has been handled in a timely manner and with care.nnMaintenance is always fast and they get the job done, the right way!nnI always contact Jennifer Rooney if I have any concerns or questions and she always gets right back with me. She is always diligent in solving a problem and treats me with the upmost respect and kindness. This kind of customer service is deserving of recognition, especially in the real estate field.nnThanks Jennifer and the entire smile leasing team, you guys Rock!

Smile Student Living provided excellent customer service. They were always very quick with responses and provided detailed answers to my questions. The residential portal they used was intuitive and efficient when compared with some competing leasing agencies choices of software. They offer many fantastic, and in my opinion, underrated living options. This is especially so for living near the engineering quads. I lived at 510 East Stoughton for the 19/20 year. This was a great quiet location only a five-eight minute walk or so from Grainger and the MEL. I had many 3am walks back from Grainger happy to know I only had to go a couple of blocks before I'd be home.
