We came in to sign our apartment lease for the fall. We were helped by Daniel Shoemaker and he was great! He was really friendly and helpful and was able to answer our questions well. It was a great experience!

Rafa was the agent that showed us our apartment two years ago. I remember he being kind and answering all questions we had not only about our current apartment but all others we saw that morning. A few months ago, we run into some issues with the billing of our water. He listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked the bills to find the issue and a solution that was fair for us. We are very grateful!

I am a current occupant of the Refinery and I am happy with the service till date. Katie is a really nice woman. She truly cares about what you need, and goes above and beyond to get things fixed. I highly recommend her.

The fact that managers know a winter storm is coming and knows the severity of the effects it can have on the apartments (Daniel Towers) just highlights how much consideration they have for students that live there and their schedules. Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here unless you want managers that don’t care about your daily life during a stressful semester in the midst of a pandemic. Also, my apartment is flooded because the heat doesn’t work due to pipes that are frozen. Pipes that could’ve been taken care of before a strong winter hits.
