Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I had an appointment scheduled for today. I was in route to my home because I was told that someone would be there in the morning. I’ve been living in Madison with a friend because I’ve been having some plumbing issues. I was in route early this morning to get back to my home. I never received a call and she informed me that I would receive a call when before they arrived. Since I was told that they would be at my home in the morning and I had not received a call, I decided to mcall them.... only to find out that they wouldn’t be coming in the morning. They decided to move my appointment to the afternoon with no notice. This is so unprofessional and bad business!! Where is the customer service?? If you decide to change an appointment time, don’t you think the customer need to be notified. I called them because I waited before on a previous appointment and nobody showed or cared to call. What kind of company is this??? Really, what the use of an appointment and you can’t call a customer to let them know that you won’t be able to show. My time is valuable!! Obviously, this is a company that don’t really care!!!

My elderly father needed help with his toilet and sink which were backing up late at night. I called Roto Rooter and had wonderful service from the call center who routed my request and the plumber who took my request. I live in another state and I can't be there to help my dad with these things so I am very thankful that Roto Rooter was there to help him out. Roto Rooter did an amazing job from the restoration and clean up that they did in my basement to all of the leaks they repaired along with the kitchen drain reroute to the sewer line. Everyone was professional and courteous and explained what was the issue and how they were going to get it fixed. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Blake Fry came out and fixed our issue quickly. He explained the problem and gave us several options for services he could provide. He was helpful and professional. We couldn't be happier all was repaired in less than an hour at 9:00pm on a Wednesday night.

Blake showed up today and listened to exactly what I was dealing with. He was absolutely spot on with what he was doing and TOTALLY TOOK the stress I've been under, away. THANK YOU SO MUCH
