Another amazing job done by 217, inc! Today, we had our new AC installed and once we again we were impressed with the ease and level of service. Scheduling was simple and we were able to get in quickly. We received a courtesy call to let us know the techs were on the way.nDrew and Rich were friendly and respectful of our house wearing masks, booties and tarping the floor. The installation was fast and everything looks amazing! Drew explained the new thermostat and took the time to answer my questions.nI will continue to hire 217 for anything and everything as well as recommending them to family and friends. The service and work is exemplary.

Great experience and value! Easy scheduling, and they showed up on time, even calling ahead to make sure I knew when they were on the way. They were polite, efficient, explained any issues along the way, and answered all our questions. We live in an old farm house that had never had duct cleaning done, so they had their work cut out for them!

Review 3: 217, Inc replaced my sink, faucet and garbage disposal and did a great job! Doug was professional and followed CDC guidelines by wearing a mask the whole time he was in my house. I’m very happy with the work that was completed.nnI worked with 217,Inc on replacing my air conditioner this year. They were quick to respond and identified the issue with my old unit. They worked with my crazy schedule and installed my new AC. Their prices were competitive and their work was excellent.nI also used 217,Inc for an exterior drain (plumbing) issue. They were out the next morning and identified the issue and provided a temporary fix to ensure I wouldn’t have additional water in my basement. They came back and permanently fixed the issue. They also cleaned the window well and area where they completed the work.nnI appreciate their professionalism and quick response to calls. Excellent company to work with!nnReview 2: My furnace abruptly stopped working last week. Tony returned my call in five minutes and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Jordan arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly, went back to Champaign for the part and completed the repair. Very professional and reasonable.

Jordan called to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, professional and friendly. He fixed my heating issue and it didn't cost an arm and a leg like other companies. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them!

217 fixed a plumbing problem quickly and affordably. The staff member--Darrin (spelling?)--was professional and efficient. I really appreciate the work he did for me even after he had been up in the middle of the night working on a plumbing emergency elsewhere. Thank you, 217!nn217 installed a new faucet in the kitchen. On time. Professional. Courteous. Great company!
