Berner Plumbing

Person who answered the phone had poor customer service. I asked if a plumber was available this morning. They said I don't know who you are or where you are calling from. I told them. They asked if I was a home owner or contractor, and I answered home owner. They said no we do not have any plumbers available. There was no offer for future help. They didn't ask me for my name and number, they just told me in an annoyed tone that they didn't know my name and number. Ive called 6 plumbers this morning and the person who answered this call was the worst.nnThat said, I have no idea what their plumbing is like. They could be the best in town, but now I'll never know.

We had a pipe burst in the crawl space of our house. I called 3 other plumbing companies and all were too busy to actually take my call. I called Berner Plumbing and they immediately came to my house, assessed the problem, and corrected it the same day. Very professional, clean, willing to describe the problem and potential solutions.nWe will definitely be using Berner Plumbing for all of our future plumbing problems (knock on wood).

Berner Plumbing comes highly recommended! During my experience, the owner was very knowledgeable, responsive to my concerns, explained what he was doing, and worked efficiently. I'll certainly be using these services in the future.

I called and thier first question was who are you, no hello, no this is Berner Plumbing, nothing.nJust an annoyed old man.nAfter asking me what town I was in and what my name was and whether I'm a homeowner or contractor and a bunch of other nonsense I was finally allowed to ask about services.nnInstead of giving an estimate of when they come out or how much it would cost, I was given a lecture.nnThen at the end of his lecture, after wastin my time, he says I'm busy for the next two weeks anyway....nnI just hung up.nnAND HE CALLED ME BACK.nHe called me back angrily and asked me if I was a licensed plumber and ranted at me and then hung up.nnavoid at all costsnsave yourself the b.s. and timennIf you disagree with him about anything he might harass you
