They have made several errors with my clothing over the years, and their alterations department is not good at all. I will no longer take my clothes to Lansing, Cleaners.

Lansing Cleaners is so petty! This morning I arrived to pick-up my clothes and tried to use the $10 off coupon. The older White lady said that I couldn’t use the coupon for this order. I said It’s $10 off either way, right? She stayed firm on her no. I then asked to speak with her manager. Here comes a heavyset Latino woman telling me she could let me redeem the coupon but if she does it for me she’ll have to do it for everyone. Still what’s the problem?? Note: I spend almost $40 a week at this cleaners. Nevertheless, I won’t be coming back anymore! The only bright spot is the young lady with the dark hair. She always nice and professional. The older white lady needs to go! She has a racist vibe to her. I advise future customer to look elsewhere for cleaning. To Owners: Your employees should Always go above and beyond for customers.

I grew up in Lansing, and we always used this cleaners for everything. I live in NW Indiana now, and I still use this same cleaners. I take everything here from comforters, pillows, winter coats (especially down), suits, ect... plus anything I need alterations on or patches on. I know they have outlets in Indiana, but I take my stuff to the main store cuz I love the friendly service I get plus the discounts you earn- I'm sure the service is good at the outlet stores, but I've never been in one...once you try them out you'll never go anywhere else
