Portillo's Hot Dogs

First time trying the place and there's nothing bad to say. Food was tasty. The staff was patient, like I said, first time there. The atmosphere is amazing, decorated in 40s memorabilia. Everything was clean and neat. We dubbed in and the tables were all kept well apart. Nice place. Would love to go again.

Okay food but extremely long wait and wasn't given all the food that was ordered and almost given someone else's order

UPDATE: Decided to try again. Placed my usual order. Guess what?! Order was incorrect!! Ordered 2 combos, dipped but got 1 combo dip and 1 beef (no sausage - paid for combo, though). Will be taking another break from Portillo's. Boo. Hiss.nnHaving recently moved back into the area, I was very excited to see Portillo's!! Love, love, love Italian combo, dipped w/both sweet & hot pepper mixes. Yum! My reason for the 3 stars is inconsistency and mistakes. I only order combo dip sandwiches, usually 2 (super and then dinner next day). The last 3 visits my order was wrong. 2 sandwiches prepared the same way shouldn't be hard. The last visit I asked if they would double check to ensure correctness. Ha! That was unsuccessful. Will be taking a break from Portillo's for several months.

My preferred place for quality Cheap food. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again.

While doing errands my son decided we needed to try Portillo's. We ended up just ordering salads since my son couldn't decide on what else. They were great.nI was skeptical about the line being soo long, but the guys working the line were all so nice. Great group of young men.
