Lady was nice maybe oven was to high got home my flat bread was hard and they won't answer the phone smh.kept getting Savoy Wal-Mart listed under Urbana talked with russel wich he assured me that they would fix my problem great guy changed from 3 to 4 star thanks

What awful service, even for fast food. Some of the most inattentive, uncaring people work here. Thanks for being on your phone through the entire transaction....

Went and had a sandwich from here a couple of nights ago after getting some shopping done at walmart. The gentleman making my meal was nice and polite and gave a decent amount of toppings. It was clean and I enjoyed eating at this particular subway. I have eaten here before but that staff member wasn't the nicest or cleanest while making the sandwich. Will return again at some point!

Amazes me how health department still hasn't shut down this place. Absolutely disgusting place, dirty and unclean. The entire store smelled like burnt food.

Very understaffed! She was very friendly. However, could not get the drink or the meal I wanted because things were empty and /or broken. Disappointing
