In my personal opinion, this establishment is not like it used to be. Prices are going up; however, the service continues to go down. I feel each time I pay for services for the interior of my vehicle to be clean, the job is not complete ex: a window(s) or the dashboard is not completely clean. However, my dilemma with this location is the last time I had the inside of my car clean I did not understand why all of my floor mats were connected back to the car except for the driver's seat. Since the mat was still wet I waited to return home to reconnect it. I get back home, I discovered someone ripped out one of the mechanisms that holds the floor mat to the car. I understand mistakes happen, but the correct thing to do was make me aware of the situation not be deceptive. So, PLEASE check your ENTIRE vehicle prior to leaving this place!
Nice carwash but the ppl who drying your car needs to learn how too wipe off a car
Wash can vary. Touch less is semi effective. Sometimes the auto tire shine doesn't apply well. Not the best for the high prices of available washes.
Inside detailed and they didn’t wipe the doors down also they guys who dry the car off did a rush job windows still smeared with water drops just overall rushed job
The manager Cleondria did a great job providing great customer service. As a front-line worker, it means a lot to be recognized and she made sure of that. As far as the detailing, there were some improvements needed and Heath did a good job cleaning up his coworkers mistakes. Heath has a great smile and great customer service.
