Linda is quite possibly the best hair stylist that the Chicago area has to offer. You are guaranteed to be welcomed with a smile and treated like royalty. Getting an appointment could be difficult if you are not an established customer, but I would certainly try.nnThe entire salon has taken covid seriously, and everyone is constantly disinfecting surfaces and they wipe everything down after every customer. Your temp is checked prior to entry, and there was no time that social distancing standards were violated (except for the stylist of course).nnThis salon is a gem and it only takes one visit for people to become loyal customers here... Especially if you get Linda as your stylist.
I called to ask about providing her an her customers a service and she was extremely rude, short and even cursed at me. Plus, the girl's hair in this picture looks pretty mediocre.
Excellent customer service started when i made the appointment over phone and continued til i left. Very friendly staff joyful vibe and excellent haircut.
