This establishment takes customers first come first serve. I came in to have my braids taken down and hair washed and was asked to come back in an hour and a half. I went to run errands and came back and they had started on other people hair and asked if I would come back in another 2 hours. Total disregard for my time and totally unprofessional. I am a professional and my time is valuable to me. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I came back because they do a good job with braids however at this point it doesn't matter how well they do, if my time is not respected I will no longer spend my money here!
They do a really good job on you hair however, the braiding is soooo tight that you can barely move your head. Paid 200.00 for box braids and took 10- 15 out the 3rd day because my head was pulsing.
Very clean and my hair has been up for two months now. I will be a regular customer! I went in at 5p.m. and got done by 9, for knotless braids.
Love this shop. Their work speaks for itself. Everyone in the shop does very good quality work. All of the stylist are great. They take their time and make sure you are satisfied with your hair.
Great shop. Quick service. Me and my 4 daughters always go here for our braids.
