Not good I lost my money

People are very kind the staff is wonderful lots of new games and snacks

I've had great experiences at Lacey's until this evening 5/31/2019.... The Attendant was rude from the time I walked in yelling from across the room we're FULL no hello or anything....I wasn't even there to play I was simply checking my points that needed to be added. The Customer Service was poor and her attitude was unacceptable no one should be treated that away. It's so many video gaming places to choose from, that any of us can go to but we chose this location. with that being said Lacey's loss business yesterday because of her attitude and poor service.

Staff are always friendly and always ready to help you with logging in , drinks , and snacks ! I like going here because the vibes are always Awesome !

Hate all slot places.. throw money away.....hey someone agree with me!
