South Pointe Commons

I have lived in south pointe for over 3 years now. Every time I've needed something done or fixed I've put in a request for maintenance and they have come through in a very quick manner. Everything ive requested has gotten fixed properly. I'm very happy with the maintenance team. Always friendly and punctual!

I have lived here going on 3 years. When ever i have an issue no matter what time it is Maintenance has alway responds in a very short time. The issue always gets resolved. Thank you to Steve Borneman. He is always so nice and very respectful. Even took my garbage to the road. Thank you for all you do and your kind deeds you do. Also parks look so much nicer with the new paint job! :) Thank ypu tonall the Maintenance men who have came out as well when ever needed.

Steve and Stan are awesome maintenance. They take my word, go the extra mile just in case, and always clean up.

I have lived at different units at South Pointe for years. With the new owner ship, and maintenance request protocol,nI have to say I'm very happy with the turn around! I've had the pleasure of working with Steve a few times, and he has always been quick to respond, super nice, and the maintenance request completed as it should be. I am a very happy tennant.

I have lived there for 15 months and I haven't been bothered at all and the staff are all professional and very understanding
