I have been there several times with no issue but it being busy. I went on my lunch hour as it is generally busy when I go after work. The lady asked menif I would wait 15 minutes b/c she was finishing up her lunch! What!? Who does that!? Your sign says Open, you don't ask customers to wait while you finish your lunch! How rude and unprofessional!
Friendly, welcoming and the end result always make me wanting to come back!!
I drive 30 minutes to use this salon and I LOVE IT !!! The ladies are always so professional and quick.

You should really avoid this place, it might be cheap but that is the customer service you will get. I went to get my eyebrows and my upper lip done, but I came back with a burning pain in my upper lip. The lady had ripped part of my upper lip off!!! Once I realized it I called her and she was so rude on the phone. If you appreciate your skin DO NOT GO.
