Had to get a haircut before work for a wake and funeral the next day. Ami did an amazing job since I had butchered it the day before trying to do my COVID era at home styling. It had been years since I've actually gotten a professional haircut and she did not disappoint. The place was clean, professional, and fast. I highly recommend going here! Just remember to make an appointment using their Great Clips app.
The only positive about this great clips is the speed. They clearly only want to get people in and out as fast as possible. I have gone twice and have had poor haircuts and even worse experiences. They fly through the haircut without listening to your requests or even asking what you want. I have had two separate stylists too and they both were not good. I also walked in to 2/3 of the staff not wearing masks even when the sign on their door says masks are required. I had to go home and fix up my paid haircut because they didn't even touch my sideburns or ears. Very poor.
I got my haircut right at closing time on the eve of a holiday. I was super sheepish but I checked in online and got a text from the website to walk in so it seemed ok. My stylist was Stasha and she was not miffed at the slightest. She was super jovial and regaled me with weird and hilarious stories of her kids and their superhero proclivities. Will be back.
I got a perfect haircut, in less than 10 minutes, from a very friendly hairdresser. It doesn't get any better than that.
