My experience with my stylist and ambiance of the place was great. However, even after the consultation for a balayage, what I wanted was not possible because of my hair. Instead of telling me this would not be possible, and there was virtually no change to my hair after paying $120, I went in to speak to someone. The owner never offered an apology, was condescending, blamed me, and said come back in a week because I wasn’t holding up my end of the bargain... the bargain was you had me come in for a consultation about a balayage, and I paid money then nothing changed.
Had my first experience at Kane & Co today and I am blown away. Eva did an incredible cut and offered tips and advice on maintaining my hair. She took the time to understand my hair routine and had suggestions to help improve it in doable ways. Great service, will definitely book again!
