I went to Hansen today and I'm never looking back! The lounge has an awesome environment with super friendly staff. Sara cut/styled my hair and did a fantastic job, I feel so much better about how I look. She's literally a hair wizard.

NIGHTMARE!! Don’t get your lashes done here! Read my edit on the bottom... It's a bit hard to judge because it's the first time I had a lash lift done. I was stoked to do this after years of convincing by a friend. Finally I went. I ended up with only one eye with curled lashes. Not sure how that happened since it seemed that both eyes were treated the same. Also, the second night after the treatment the skin on one of my eyelids is burning. I vigorously scratched it until what I think was remnants of the glue that was used. There was a lot of glue drying out and peeling off during the first 24 hours after the treatment. I was told to avoid water and moisture, so I just left the glue as it was. I had a meeting the next day so I gently peeled off the glue with tweezers. I guess some of it was still left on my eyelid even after washing it, and now I'm in pain. I'm quite disappointed and worried now. This was a very expensive treatment and I was hoping for a better outcome.nnEdit: From two to one star. It’s 1 am. I got out of bed to take a look at my hurting eye. It’s all red and swollen. I’m cleaning it with gentle cleansing oil, but I have no idea what to do. I have an important job interview tomorrow, so this is just pure nightmare.nnEdit 2: After seeing the owners response I’m a bit outraged. First, when I scheduled the appointment I said that it will be the first time I have the treatment. The esthetician knew this because when I entered the salon she acknowledged that she knows. Second, it’s the esthetician’s mistake to not clean the glue off of my eyelid. Period. I’ve spoken to a professional at a different salon regarding this. Also, it’s the esthetician’s fault that only one eye was curled. Lastly, I did call within 24 h! Please, stop acting like I received a professional treatment. I did not. It’s very likely that the esthetician did a mistake or used an expired product on one of my eyes. It’s unacceptable. I was already told I would get a refund. This comment here is upsetting. I won’t nothing to do this salon.

You want a rad color with some rock n roll in your cut, then you need to get an appointment with these cosmo kittens. Fantastic work.

They did a decent job of hair for my wedding. I’m pretty sure my hair looked better at my trial than my wedding though. And I’m definitely sure it lasted longer after the trial than at the wedding. So beware expectations after the trial. Also they botched my moms hair. The bridesmaids hair were all good, so I guess if you get Allyson, make sure you get an updo, because my mom and I both had our hair down and I think that was part of it.nnKirsten did an amazing job with the makeup, and both Allyson and Kirsten were great to work with.
