Top Hair Salon (香槟发廊)

First time walk in visit for a haircut. I do not know any Chinese but barber had good attention to detail and asked for feedback along the way. Worked quickly, would recommend.

Destroyed my scalp. Bleached my hair 3 times over the course of 7 hours. Now have some bald spots on my head.

Tina is always so patient to make sure my hair gets cut the way I want. She is one of the most experienced and passionate hair stylist in the CU area. I always come back and she will always have a nice conversation with you too. Highly recommended!

This is my worst experience in restaurants, salons or any kind of stores in Champaign, their attitudes deserve 0 stars. I was planning to do hair cut but decide not to do that after talking with the hairstylist. I was ready to pay for the service fee because the hairstylist did dry my hair for around 5-7 mins, which is the only thing he did. The lady asked me to pay $19 and when I was trying to ask her why it is so expensive, she just kept arguing that it is the price they provided on board, but it is not. As they said, hair washing + hair styling combo costs $19. And the lady insisted that this price is set by U.S law, which is ridiculous. She even tried to frightened me that she is going to call the police. I would be happier if she can do that. I don't care about the money, if they can provide reasonable explanation I would pay that in a second without even one word. But they did not, they kept frightening me and ignoring everything we are trying to discuss. In a word, this salon refuses to fairly provide service, the only thing they are digging into is how to gain as much as possible money from each single customer. I would never ever come to this salon again and I also strongly recommend my friends not to come as well. They destroyed their reputation by their own hands.n*I never rejected to pay for the service and I was the first one to say I will pay it although I am not planning to cut hair. You never listened to what I am trying to say. The problem is the price you were asking for is unreasonable and you denied that.

Great hairstylist! They did an awesome job and professional haircut and color . I got exactly what I wanted in a quick amount of time and for a very fair price. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
