Take your money else where! When I tell you this woman has no business doing nails, you have got to believe me. I went in for a fill in and 3 nail to be repaired. It took 3 people to understand that. The lady didn't take off my old paint to touch up the acrylic. She put a new layer of colored acrylic on top of my fingernails, didn't file or buff them. Reshaped my nails to a coffin style and they were all lopsided. My nails were a complete disaster. Just know I will get my nails done in my own town before going somewhere else like this place. From what I saw, only one nail tech and the young lady doing feet knew what they were doing and could speak English fluent enough to talk to their customers.
Me and my friend came in. We made an appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes until someone showed up to do my nails. My friend complimented her nail techs shirt, and the lady didn’t say one word. Then my friend asked for coffin and the lady refused to give her coffin. She said it was out of style. They wouldn’t listen to us about what we wanted. We were very patient. Then finally when it was my turn, she burnt my nail somehow. Couldn’t tell you how. My nails turned out horrible. Me and my friend were very confused on why we got terrible sets and service, because people would say such good things about it. Very disappointed in the quality and service. Our nails are very lumpy and the designs look horrible.
The water was almost boiling at first and I was trying to tell the guy to cool it down but he was not understanding. Good feet massage though
This place is amazing! They made sure to make my nails perfect and they did not rush to get them done. They listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. And after cutting and filling each hand they let me look at it to make sure it was what I wanted. The whole staff was excellent. This is my new place!!
I can't say enough great things about this place! From the staff to the cleanliness to the safety, they are top notch!
