Subway

We have been going to subway in villa Grove for years, but the last couple of times it's been ridiculous. When we pulled up to go in to place our order, we were the only customers inside. Both employees told us we will get to you when we can. My wife and I waited for 15 minutes and still no one acknowledged us. Yet again we were only ones in subway. Very poor customer service!!

You really can't go wrong with subway. Just not comfortable with the indoor dining yet. Just my own thoughts.

Very nice employees but for some reason they always get my order wrong in really weird ways. It’s a running joke in my house. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct order from here. The most recent example is a sandwhich I bought; I got it toasted and asked for mayo. The sandwhich came without mayo and not toasted but they put pickles on it ( I didn’t ask for pickles???) so weird lol but they’re nice and I love subway regardless.

Pulled up to drive through was told by the employee “ pulling forward when you’re ready and I’ll be with you in a minute.” Well I pull forward then I waited while he took someone else’s order. I was told to go back around. Well never going back to this one in my life time

I have not been here in months because of the service, so decided to give it another try today, it is still no better, sadly.
