Eric and his team are great! They've done a few projects for me and are very respectful and thorough in their work. Cannot recommend enough.

Even though we were out of county due to it being an emergency Crouse came out to our house and pumped out our septic tank within 2 hours. We can not say enough great things about this business and are so thankful for them coming thru for us as this was during a snow storm and prior to the big ice storm that happened a couple of weeks ago. Eric was top notch! He was patient and persistent and made sure that our situation was completely solved! He made sure that not only was I satisfied but he was too with the results, and since he's the expert on how septic systems work, his opinion meant a lot to me!
