Subway

In my opinion, a little bit pricey, especially with the New Protein Bowls. Their drive up service is tremendously slow and has been for quite a time. Once they greeted me and advised me to hold at the menu board it took them (No joke) 8 minutes to finally take my order. Selected employees are not friendly.

I love the Subway in Sullivan, their food has always been yummy and great customer service. The other day, i went through the drive-thru. There seemed to only be one person there (it was nighttime). When she took my order, she was rude and when she gave me my change, i tried to tell her to have a good night and thank you... and she shut the door on me. Her name tag said Ruby. This is not my first encounter with her, she makes me not want to eat there anymore.

Always great food

Sub was cold made wrong and very little meat and too much dressing. A dressing I didn't even ask for.
