Big rooms ,washer and dryer hookup ,breakfast bar. I really enjoyed living in there .The price seems fair as well.

Friend lives there, nice size apt, modern,has patios, bottom apts the best no stairs.

Very poor service you have to call multiple times to get anything done by maintenance. The floors in my apartment are uneven due to water damage you just walk in a big dip in the floor. The parking lot floods when it rains. The fridge doesn't fit right in the kitchen so the blinds to the back door get stuck in the fridge all the time and to turn on the back light you have to open the fridge door to get to the switch. It's all just patched together to get people in and make money with no repairs. I have a bedroom door that can't be locked it pushes open and the front door has a huge gap that lets out the air-conditioning we pay for in 2 places. I would think twice or inspect first. We didn't get to see our place first

The staff is amazing! Been at Surrey Ct. Apartments for 3 years now & don't plan on leaving any time soon. It feels like home.
