Arby's

I'm personally not too big a fan of arby's food, but this store has great staff and the GM Krista is absolutely phenomenal. She has great customer service, great work ethic and and it was an all around excellent experience when in contact with her. 5 stars!

So they send me a special email 5 roast beef sandwiches for $5 today only and when I get there at 5pm they tell me they are closed for some kind of special hours...no explanation! What a scam! Hope this place never opens again, they lost my business.

Food here is getting worse and worse. Somehow still really expensive.

Found a whole dead cockroach neatly tucked away in the folds of my chicken wrap. No way anyone could have missed it while making this wrap.ud83eudd22ud83eudd22 I know my whole 4 visits a year won't mean anything to them but I will never be back.
