The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney

Not thrilled about the haircut. Stylist was nice but my hair is lopsided. Good customer service is a plus but it is crucial to have an even hair cut for work. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They may pay their stylists fairly but that doesn’t make up for the time I had to spend getting my hair fixed elsewhere.

Robin is great. Actually, every time I've gone there the stylist is great. Also- this place provides health insurance for their stylists which is very unusual for this industry. I'm happy to spend my money at this company.

Charlie is the best. The whole staff is wonderful and creative but Charlie is at the top. I always leave the salon looking better than I thought possible and feeling amazing.
