We needed to find a home that was a little bigger, and we wanted one with old character. We also needed to sell our home to achieve that. Kim was wonderful. She sold our previous home in less than 3 months! And she was so patient with our search to find the perfect home for us (And we looked at A LOT!) She helped the transactions go so smoothly, and even took time to check up on us after the closings to see if we needed anything. She cares for her clients, and goes above and beyond. She's wonderful to work with! She helped my mom find her perfect home as well! I would highly recommend Kim Boente, and United Country Land and Home Sales! It truly was a great experience, and we just love our big old house. Very friendly and professional-top notch!

We worked with Kim when we sold our first house. She was great to work with. We ended up going the contract for deed route. We were kind of hesitant at first because we really didn’t know much about it. Kim was very patient and answered all our questions. It ended up all working out great. Kim helped us at the start of the process and three years later when the contract came due. We highly recommend her.

Kim is the epitome of professional, dedicated and results. She helped us find our house several years ago and when it was time to sell she was back on the job! Kim takes time to get to know your wants and needs and puts in a ton of effort and work to get the results you want. She sold our house in a month! Couldn’t be happier with her services.
