Josh did a great job of helping me find a contractor and serving as the go between for about a year. However, when the reno was done I had to ask multiple times for a contract and ultimately had to move on due to a lack of returned phone calls and texts. Odd.

Website is barely functional and rarely updated in this area. The sign is in front of the house, but the house cannot be located on their website.
