The deputies here think they are Navy SEALS but really they just have the education of a toddler.

The professionalism displayed by fellow deputy Ray Kent is unfair and injustice. Myself and my girlfriend where traveling to memphis when we where pulled over in pulaski county illinois. The deputy(Ray Kent) claimed that we where going 100mph(my girlfriend was in the driver seat.) also claimed that he had to chase us , which resulted in him blowing a tire in Squad car 2-77-5. The officer approached the Vehicle in a very hostile manor stating we where speeding over 100mph, when asked proof from radar gun the officer blatantly denied our request and demanded $150 cash for a misdemeanor citation. The officer never fully stated the procedure of why he demanded the money we didnt have cash on us so he wanted to arrest my girlfriend.asked if we had a atm card and his fellow deputy officer brian escorted my girl friend to the nearest atm. When cash was dispensed officer brian took the cash out of her hand counted for her as if she did not enter the correct amount.therefore we are proceeding with harassment charges and filling multiple complaints.the sheriff department are like thugs on the side of the road demanding money that people dont have.we live all the way in Wisconsin and have to appear in court. WE WILL GET JUSTICE!!
