Subway

I've never before had a bad Subway experience. There were three members of the Subway crew working. One was specifically on the cash register. The first two were wearing masks. Cash register boy was not. He was breathing all over everyone's food. First I asked for extra napkins and you'd have thought we were getting bombed or something the way he carried on. You could tell that he didn't catch onto this meal deal thing and the first lady was having to go over and fix everything. Then my friend asked for free cookies with the Subway survey she had filled out. Another uproar. I will never visit that location of Subway again. It's the one in Decorah, IA that is next to Kwik Star and across from Culvers. Dont go there.

The Open sign was turned off when we arrived at 7:15pm, but they actually were open until 8. Staff of 2 able to handle my family order with requests for recommendations while maintaining social distancing. Polite and professional. They are having difficulties stocking food; they ran out of pork for the BBQ sandwich and a sign indicated 3 other sandwiches they were unable to provide to to interrupted supplies. Easily managed 2 seperate gift cards and a credit card payment. Dining room is closed and there are no benches or tables to eat outside. My family and I sat on the retaining walls. We would return.

Went in during lunch, staff member running the register picked my sandwich up and wrapped it before it was finished, didn’t cut my fiancé’s sandwich and accidentally charged me for someone else’s sandwich and added it to my order. When we went back in to get a refund none of the staff knew how to give a refund. Two days ago we came to this location and had a great experience and now we don’t know if we’ll ever return.

Sunday March 7th went about 5:15pm only people ordering. Took over 20 min to got our sandwiches. Worker was flustered and complaining made bread while waited for our sandwiches to be made. Also started making online order before making ours. Needless to say our hot sandwiches were cold

Good place for a quick bite. Usually pretty fast, and that Brayden guy is legit.
