Jim Clingman and Christina Hatfield were a great help in our home buying experience. Jim ended up connecting us with a lender that got us approved after being denied from multiple sources. After finally finding a home we were happy with we had a very unexpected water leak we discovered on our final walk through the day before closing and Jim was at the property within 25 minutes and immediately started contacting people to resolve the issue the same night. They were always on time and very helpful.

We bought our house about a year ago and we were very impressed with Jim Clingman and his great service, I was always able to reach him by phone or would receive a call back very soon if not. The entire process when without a single problem and Jim gave us good advise on several issues that we were not sure about. I highly recommend this realtor to a friend!
