The guy fixed one sink but left and never came back to fix the other sink. When my husband called him he said he was busy, but 2 days after that still hasn't heard from him.

Poor communication. Said arrive at one time and 6 hrs late day1 and almost 5 hrs late day 2. Things come up I her it. But call. Quoted us 125 plus the partnPart was $5 and got charged 230.nAfter a couple phone calls was offered a partial refund so it was at least closer to what they quoted in our kitchen

I used to use another service but wasn't satisfied with them. Then one weekend we had a back-up so I called THE OTHER GUYS.nThey came out on the weekend and took care of the problem very quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
