I go here all the time to use the free vacuums and mat washer! I also think the car wash is the best value around.
Tire shine never works. I periodically travel through and wash my kids’ cars when I’m in. town. I keep going back to this place because of convenience. For 3 years straight, every time I go, the tire shine never works. The associates always have me go through again and again it doesn’t work. They usually end up giving a free coupon to come back when it’s fixed. Same result three times over three years I should have learned my lesson. Just beware. And check that your tires actually get shined if you pay for it. Everything else is fine.

Customer care contacted me about my review, which I appreciate and said they are working to address the problem. They sent me a coupon for a free PolyPro wash. I sent it to my daughter who lives in Provo. She used it and sure enough ... no tire shine. Clean wheels but no tire shine. The company should at a minimum inform customers that the tire shine isn't working so they don't purchase something they aren't receiving. Here are recent pics.

Loved this car wash!! We just got married and had a lot of window paint on our cars! The employee that helped us, Caleb, went out of his way to help us get the paint off! We will definitely be back!
They spent an additional 10 minutes spraying down my truck before I even entered the wash. They care about their customers, and make sure our visits are well worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car wash.
