I asked for a four guard cut on top and a two on the sides and the woman proceeded to buzz everything with a two guard. I might've noticed in time to say something if she didn't have me turned away from the mirror. Not a huge inconvenience, but it is frustrating when what seems like a simple request gets botched up.

This place in Ottumwa never answers their phone. I’ve called multiple times and they just don’t pick up even though according to their website they are open.nnI’ve had my haircut several times here and they all are super friendly though.

I booked an appointment and when I got there, I was told you can’t book online and we’re booked up. I stated then you need to take online booking off site cause I drove here for nothing! Very rude staff!!!!

Great service, I just got a fantastic haircut from Madison today. She had my previous records on file so I was able to get it done just like I wanted. Perfect. Very clean and friendly environment.

The staff are very welcoming and polite
