Pros;n1. They had availabilityn2. The price was okay.n3. The spos that she did wax(except for my chin) was efficient.nnCons:n1.I asked for a full face wax, the associate didn’t do my jaw line, or finish my chin. (No tweezers where used which really irritated me I’ve never been to a salon that did not pluck excess).n2. The lighting sucks, because I’m blonde I couldnt see the results but I could feel them. I said something but she either wasn’t listening or avoided saying anything so nothing was done after mentioning it.n3. The wax sucked, it dried way to quickly and even she said she hated the wax.n4. Most importantly she didn’t clean the excess wax off my face or put any cream or cleaner.n5. Neither of the seats that I was going to sit in where clean but that seems to be a trend in this area.nn4⭐ufe0f’s because my chin was the most important to me and I still have to go home and pluck all of the excess. More than likely I will find somewhere else or drive to Des Moines.nAlso only gave 4 because they’ve only been open for less than a year and the associate was young, still seemed new. So needless to say still room to improve. Had they been open longer I would’ve left 2 stars.
