Toots' Cuttin' Parlor

I have had my hair done by Grace twice now. The first time was a good experience. However, I was very disappointed the second time around. I had an appointment at noon. Another client ended up showing up 30 mins in to my session and Grace started coloring this client’s hair before mine was finished. I assume she double booked. Not sure if this had something to do with why everything felt so unprofessional and rushed. Once she rinsed the color from my hair, she then towel dried it, and took me to the counter to pay. As her Facebook page states, color and cut is “only $75”. I was charged $95. I should also add that she did not trim my hair as I had asked at the beginning of my appointment because she “looked at my ends and they seemed fine”. Yet I was still charged the full $75 plus an additional $20. She also stated “most people tip $15-$20” as I was checking out as if that was expected after a not-so-great experience. I now have to find time to go elsewhere to get the haircut I wanted to begin with. Extremely disappointed.
