ONE Property Management

The WORST leasing agency I've met!!! There are pest issues in some apartments if you are lucky. You will have to pay some nonsense money due to some hidden policy (which is located on the 4th page of term 21). Please Just Avoid One Property if you want your life easier!!!

I love One Property Management!!!! The Office staff is wonderful and very nice. The maintenance staff is very helpful and usually pretty quick to get things taken care of. I do love my nice little apartment. I recommend this property management company to anyone and everyone.

Let me just say that I had an amazing experience working with One Property and their staff! I was looking for a place for my Aunt and their staff were so friendly and welcoming! There is nothing worse than management that you can't stand and they go above and beyond! She loves her new place and any problem she encountered the leasing agent, Angel, handled perfectly and timely! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable, nice home!

Worst management company I've ever worked with! Stay away from them!

I live next door to one of the dumps these slum lords own. For 8 months a 00's suburban has been parked in back of the unit festering. It has 4 flat tires, weeds growing up under it. Now someone broke out the back window/vandalized it and there's broken glass laying now for 3 weeks all over the parking lot around it. I've called them, I've sent polite e-mails, etc, and I get no response- and the piece of junk Suburban just sits there. Hasn't moved since January! Between that and the poor upkeep of the property- folks, you best not rent from these people they are just slum lords. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
