best place to rent from at kirkwood hands down! Heather the manager is amazing, very respectful, doesn’t invade the residents privacy and knows everyone by name. the complex is clean and usually quiet, i would highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and have no complaints! My only reason for moving out was due to moving into a house. I enjoyed the apartment size, the fact that you’re able to make the apartment your own by painting, that you’re able to hang things on the wall and participate in monthly resident functions!nnMichelle in the office is just amazing! She’s great at her job and is a great landlord! I’d miss her but I know I’ll swing on by just to say, “Hi!”.

This is quite a decent place to live at. The office staff is very friendly and also very good at her job. The living room is very big and open, and having your own small patio is nice, for when you need fresh air but you're too lazy to actually go outside. My favorite part is that they're very good at handling problems. Sometimes things break, it happens, and if its urgent they are at your door asap to help you out. It's also great that you are within walking distance to multiple food store and the 24 hour kum and go, not to mention the convenience of being walking distance to the Kirkwood campus if you are a student. If I didn't have to move to a different city for school, I would have definitely renewed my lease with them.
