Seville Apartments

I lived there for 4 years until we moved to other state. I would recommend my friends this apartment. It is perfect for U of I Law/Medicine students, or stuffs who work in UIHC main hospital. Although the price is increase every year but it is still reasonable. Nice maintenance and nice office stuffs. No pet and no smoking.

I moved to Seville about an year ago. Management is fantastic and Layla is really nice about handeling problems. Once I had an AC trouble and they fixed it within a day. I had a noisey upstairs neighbor giving me noise throughout the nights but management spoke to him about it and problem solved eventually. For a 1 BR apartment it is pricey but it's hard to find a good apartment with a good management. Okcrest is the only bus running through the apartment complex but you can go to downtown within 20 minutes. I recommend this place as one of the best places that I have been in!

After all the crappy apartments I lived in as an undergrad Seville was amazing! I moved to Iowa City from out of state and Seville made it so easy. The apartment was clean and beautiful upon moving in. Any issue I had was solved in a timely manner and the office staff is very friendly. The buildings seemed to be maintained very well. I never saw a bug or heard my neighbors. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location is convenient as well. I had to suddenly leave Iowa City for personal reasons. Seville could not have been more helpful in finding someone to take over the lease. It was a very stressful time in my life and Seville made the process one less thing for me to worry about. This is a great place to live!

Highly recommend Seville. Lived there for one year. Affordable and clean. All questions I had were resolved by Layla Meyer. Layla showed an excellent work ethics. She is responsible and always available for help. Wish all managers were like Layla.

I think this is the best deal you will get in Iowa City: beautiful apartment, wonderful maintenance and office staff, everything is clean. I like that the bus stops right outside the door. I moved away while still under lease and the management was very helpful with subleasing my apartment. Be aware that it is at the top of a very steep hill (Benton St. hill), other than that, neighborhood is nice, adjacent to University Heights.
