Nicole and her team of pros are the best!nMy teen daughter was nervous about going in for skin care, Nicole made her feel comfortable and even got some laughs out of her. We've been seeing her for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased. My own skin has become clearer after my facials and using the products recommended by Nicole. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment a week in advance for 2pm on 3/4 and after receiving many text messages to confirm and reading a very strict cancellation/ late / no show policy, I showed up fifteen minutes early to find a sign on the door saying “All IDWT appointments 3/4 are postponed. Will reach out to clients ASAP”. I called the salon and couldn’t get through and also texted and have yet to hear back. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as I took time out of my work day for this and wasn’t even given a phone call for an afternoon appointment. There was almost a full day where I could’ve been sent a quick email or text. This was going to be my first appointment but will surely be my last.

I have been a client of Nicole's from the beginning of her opening. It is SO EXCITING to be able to find services that this area typically just doesn't offer.. Perfect Peach anyone?? How about an award winning Red Carpet Facial? She stays on top of her game to offer the highest quality services with an amazing bedside manner.

Probably the worst experience I've ever encountered, and I never even got the wax done. I took off work for a 10am appointment with Nicole. When I got there, a gentleman explained that Nicole hadn't been in got several days and probably wouldn't show up today either. I explained that I had an appointment, and he told me the internet was down and she hasn't been able to cancel with anyone.. or call them. Probably the worst experience with a business I have ever had.

I loved everything about my experience here. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and large enough to promote social distancing.
