I worked with Joe for over 2 years on finding the perfect home. Beginning, I really didn't know what I wanted, where I wanted to live, what type of house, etc. From the start, Joe was patient and understanding, while also educating me about the entire process. As time went by and I realized what I was looking for, offers were made, but time after time, they were not accepted. Joe stayed positive and confident, which prompted me to have the same mindset. Joe told me that 'we will find the right home' and sure enough he was right. His positive personality was able to keep me going during the home buying process. If you are looking to work with someone who is knowledgeable, positive, professional and a stellar communicator, I would highly recommend reaching out to Joe. You will not regret it. Joe was so great to work with for the sale of our home! He was so attentive and always made himself available. We had some issues that where found in the inspection and Joe walked us through everything we needed to do to make the sale keep moving forward. We appreciate all the he did for us and would recommend him to everybody!

Words cannot describe how professional, courteous, detailed oriented and proactive Joe is as a realtor. The knowledge that he has for his field is incredible! Joe's efforts in helping my wife and I find our new home in this insane market was amazing to say the least. Joe Waters was fantastic. Met several times and he walked me through the closing flawlessly. Was very responsive. Took charge with contacting the buyers attorney and made sure everything went smooth. Would definitely recommend him and his firm.

I don’t think words could ever describe the professionalism, knowledge and hard work (upon many other things) that Joe Waters portrays every single day. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time. Joe was able to make sure that everything little detail was perfection, and if it was not, they knew how to fix it or who to reach out to. Our process was stressful but Joe continued to keep us(me) calm and reassured that things will work out and he sure was right. I could write a novel about all the positive qualities Joe has but it’s easier to say that there is no negatives. If you want to make the buying/selling house process as quick, seamless and enjoyable as possible you should DEFINITELY speak with Joe. I will truly miss working with them and i will forever refer Joe to whoever will listen! This man is by far one of the top realtors who goes above and beyond their job. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
