Joe was awesome! This was my first home buying experience as a USMC veteran and it was also a home I wanted to stay in with my kids as a long-term home. Joe was so understanding of my “list” and was sure to find homes within budget with space. He was very accommodating and was communicative every step of the way- even after the closing. The house we closed on was one Joe managed to schedule a showing within 30 minutes. He is such a great realtor! I learned a lot and enjoyed working with him!! Highly recommended!

Have used Joe Snell for multiple purchases and sales of houses. From single family to multi-family. Each and every time was better than the last which I would have never thought possible. I'm not a very easy person to deal with. I have little patience and when I want something I don't stop till I get it and Joe def was able to handle all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step. Using someone else would be a disservice to yourself and you'd regret not giving Joe a call. He's a real-estate guru if you will. Id never use anyone else. Have to deal with joe to understand why he's such a great guy. Give him a call and find out why he's one of the top agents in ct!

Joe was such a pleasure to work with, as a first time homebuyer I had many questions which he always had answers to and if not he found answers in a timely manner. He was very professional but also very personable. He is a realtor who truly has his clients best interests at heart. I will not only recommend him to friends and family but also seek him out in the future for additional home sales and purchases!

As a first-time homebuyer I was new to the entire process. Joe Snell was fantastic at helping me understand the process and also with getting back to me with any questions or concerns I had. He was quick to respond to all texts and emails, and to reach out to sellers agent with any inquiries I had about properties. Joe made home buying feel like a breeze. I absolutely recommend working with this agent, and will be referring him to my family and friends looking to purchase a home in the future!
