Joe was awesome! This was my first home buying experience as a USMC veteran and it was also a home I wanted to stay in with my kids as a long-term home. Joe was so understanding of my “list” and was sure to find homes within budget with space. He was very accommodating and was communicative every step of the way- even after the closing. The house we closed on was one Joe managed to schedule a showing within 30 minutes. He is such a great realtor! I learned a lot and enjoyed working with him!! Highly recommended!

Have used Joe Snell for multiple purchases and sales of houses. From single family to multi-family. Each and every time was better than the last which I would have never thought possible. I'm not a very easy person to deal with. I have little patience and when I want something I don't stop till I get it and Joe def was able to handle all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step. Using someone else would be a disservice to yourself and you'd regret not giving Joe a call. He's a real-estate guru if you will. Id never use anyone else.
